Many racers pit in their hotel rooms. We have a live TV broadcast going
that keeps you up on everything. This is a cool experience many enjoy!
Rooms have plenty of space for a couple of racers. Tables are available
for rental by the hotel for $10 for the week. Check with hotel at
check-in about rental. FLA
CRACKER ROOM
We have a large reserved pit room in
the conference center that many racers pit in. Tables / chairs
provided.
Cost is $25 for
the whole week.

The large hallway the borders the racetrack

There is a ton of room for trailers and tents outside the main track
entrance. You must bring your own power. We can work on putting trailers
together if you have friends coming. You can't park close too close to
rooms as we need to control noise for hotel guests. Lots of paved
parking close to track.

KEEPING ROOM RATES LOW FOR 14+ YEARS: LOW
2019 HOTEL RATE THIS YEAR - $79.00 Resort Fee waived for Snowbirds.
($15 a night savings) Must book under Snowbirds if staying at
hotel for event. Room rates also good before/after
event and for spectators.
(some functions/events are paying $99+ at the hotel
but we worked out a great rate once again) *there are standard
florida/local taxes added to rates ADDITIONAL HOTEL NOTES: Pitting is allowed
in your rooms.
We can rent you a table for your hotel. See Snowbird staff for details or
email ahead of time.
There will be coverage of the racing on your TV in your rooms with sound and
video.
Rooms include a fridge and there are nice tables already in the rooms, great
for working on cars.
Bring your laptop as the hotel has FREE Internet, so you can keep up with
scoring and more.
The rooms closest to the track are in the North Tower, so ask for these if
pitting in your room. (you will be charged if there are any damages to
room or hotel) SNOWBIRD ROOOM BONUSES WE
ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE: NO RESORT FREE
for our guests, which is a $15 a night savings. Resort fee perks includes
self parkng, Disney transportation, 2 pools, hottub, basketball and tennis
courts, sand volleyball, and interactive kids play area. NO CHARGE for shipping boxes to the hotel!
Some hotels often charge for each box you have shipped, but we pay a flat
fee to have this waived for our guests staying there. FREE wireless Internet throughout the
hotel and convention center ballroom!
